Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items that appear worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale/discount are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Personalised/customised products cannot be returned.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the product is defective or wrong.

  • In case of a defective/wrong product, we will cover the shipping costs.
